hi budm! thanks for your help. it is doing what is in the .pdf
i took the easy route and just got another TV, we needed an upgrade
this Site has been super helpful so if anyone in Colorado...in Denver area wants it, you can have it for free
i will also ship the parts i.e. Boards if you cover shipping
i will list it here for one week, then post it in the Free Section on Craigslist and i'm sure someone could use it.

hey guys, long time!
i replaced the Power Supply Board as it had a few bulging caps
tried to replace Main Board next but replacement was a dud
whats weird is the picture will shake but if i tilt it back and forth or after about 20 mins. it goes away, any ideas what i should replace next?

i was kinda thinking the same thing that there was only one Inverter but glad to hear it from an expert and someone who has helped me out lots in the past

hm, how sure are you about this?...no offense but you are a newbie on this forum so do you have any background knowledge/experience or just kinda taking a guess

sorry for not responding sooner
long story short, camera broke, had to save for new one
1. what it looks like on start up:
2. after a while, exactly half of the screen is white and the other side black

well it was working flawlessly until something hit it on the right hand side and caused a few permanent vertical lines.
not a big deal as it was not very noticeable and TV was for gaming only
now all i get is a completely grey screen. usually i would get a grey screen, leave it on for 20 mins., turn off, then it would turn on
any help is much appreciated -

update, finally had some time and got my digi cam fixed to take some clear pics of the Boards
did this. Screen is split exactly in the middle, right side slowly turns to White screen, left side White Screen on every time i press Source button...Leave a comment:

replaced 2 Caps that were bulging and screen is steady but only displays a White screen in all modes
any advice on what to check and replace next?
1st pic circled in red are the 2 bulging Caps i replaced

FINALLY got around to fixing this. ended up buying a new Laptop and put this on the back burner

fixed, everythings up and running
installed Windows 7, Firewall, Virus, GPU Update, etc.

i have a 3 year old build that was my 1st Build and it went well and still going strong
this build i'm doing w/my bro-in-law and building it for living room so all family can use it
