    Hi everyone,

My name is Pam as I'm sure you've guessed. Basically clueless and here trying to not get ripped off by repair shops.
Once I've sorted this I probably won't be back. I shall not be taking my tv apart. I've just looked at expert videos and they indicate my led driver had blown. (Very dim picture in dark room, black screen in full light, full audio. It's an Aldi Altius A400f and I've spent all night so far trying to figure out what's wrong with it and if there are parts available to fix it. Google...

Hi there, did you ever fix this tv and whilst you were taking it apart did you find the LED driver? Just mine has just failed and according to the expert videos it's probably the led driver. I can see a dim picture in a dark room but only a black screen in a lit room. Audio is fine. So form the videos I've watched it seems to be the led driver. Can anyone advise if it's possible to get that part for this tv. I won't be trying to fix it myself I just don't want to get ripped off at a repair shop who already want £100 to look at it....
