I have an iiyama Vision Master Pro 512 HM202DT CRT. It works, but after it is switched into standby mode (computers sends no video signal), the H and V position and the size is changed. I can set them in the monitor's settings menu, but after the monitor is being switched off it is changed again.
I know that after startup of a CRT the position changes a little bit, but it will result in the same setting as made before (experienced with another CRT).

I am from Germany, I repair older computers. I found this by searching DuckDuckGo with the term "HP Compaq DC7100", because I have on and use it with Lubuntu 18.04 x64. I had some bad caps and I successfully replaced them.
