Your post was of great help to repair a Samsung TV (LE32A568) equipped with similar T-CON : 320HAC2LV0.0 LJ94-02296C / BN81-01689A

Sometimes it was working sometimes it was white...
And quess what: same bad voltages... and same RG18 broken resistor. The only difference is the value: "272" meaning 2.7k , and I was measuring 19k !
I replaced it with another 2.7k ... and the TV is back to life !
