I have two westinghouse 20v5's which had the 2second to black problem initially after 14-16 months of use. In that case I upgraded all the switching filter capacitors on the power supply board with oversize hi-rel ones if I could get them to fit standing up or lying down. I did this a year ago and they both still work. The only one I didn't replace was the 150uf 400volt one. Looking at the small size of caps your using to replace the old ones, you might still have a problem if the replacement cap is marginal and starts heating up where the ripple voltage...

High: This is Eric. I found your site a year ago when looking up bad caps for my westinghouse 20.1 inch LCD monitors. I fortunately found out enough from here and other sites about these capacitor issues and am back looking up caps for my MSI and ASUS motherboards along with rebuilding my power supplies that feed them.
