Replacing to resistor but we give to energy only 0.13 amp 19.7 volts. Other engineer check now for short circut. Can you give me any suggest for testing?...Leave a comment:

My technian measure that top side 2 resistor and said me top side value will be differet horizontal wll be 49 k ohm and pl-500 will be 0m. That is possible? Sorry for my english....Leave a comment:
