First off I would like to apologize to everyone I miscounted the flashes when my TV starts up and for the multiple posts about this one TV . I now know that my TV is getting voltage issues with my main board or panel not sure which but I know it is some sort of an SOS from my tb...

So in Light of this info, what are the correct voltages for my TV, and how do I fix this? I know the power board has some potentiometers I can dial in but I wanted to get advice first before I adjust stuff. And get a better understanding thank you

I was told that my issue with my LG 50PA4500 is a possible bad power board. I was told to look for burnt/bulged capacitors I have done that but I am not seeing anything as that, maybe I am missing something on the board so I am attaching photos as well...
