i have a core i3 hp laptop with error fan not running correctly press enter to continue or the computer will shut down-error 90b

i have replaced the fan and serviced the air vents but the error still remains. anybody with a solution to help me out there is welcome

I have the above toshiba which worked on by another technician with blinking light on the caps lock dvd rom drive and the standby power upon insertion of the charger.

what i have done

cleaned the mb

used hot air

disassembled the board but the problem is same

anybody with similar problem which has been solved can assist

i have a lenovo desktop pc core i3 model CIH61MI V1.1
symptoms: it works fine when it wants to
it can go off after power button and the CPU fan spins and stops at this time
what i have done is to clean it with dry home cleaner and did a hot air on it and it worked for 3 months and the problem occured again
then i had to reset it with another processor and it worked for 2 weeks and the problem came back
then i changed memory and it worked for 1 week and the problem came back
everything seems ok to me what can i do next this time?

i am a laptop technician but i want help on my LG LED tv 32 inch model no. 32LH500D
the problem is that when under normal view the screen shows vertical lines at the bottom part and a split view on the left part which shows normal pictures and a split view to the right of the screen with an image.nb split view is a separation of a black vertical line.
but the tv works fine when turned upside down.any ideas guys shall be appreciated
