I just fixed this issue on my Sceptre 55". One of the diodes (either D10 or D11) are bad and the bridge rectifier circuit is only able to produce 1/2 of the required STB. You need SB5150 diodes to replace them. I replaced both but only 1 tested bad....

Want to thank you Hamie - D11 was the culprit. A $0.28 part later and the TV is back up and running. Replaced all the caps while I was at it. Hope I get another 5 years out of this!

I have a 55 inch Sceptre with the same issue. Can you provide the diode values for D10 and D11?
