should i just replace the lot? Could you reccomend a decent brand to use? and finally does this sound like a possible cause to my problem?

Hi guys/girls,

I'm totally new to the forum so I do hope this is posted in the right section. Apologies if not. Basically my issue is my samsung plasma tv. It started radomly turning itself off then getting stuck in an almost boot-up like cycle. Sometimes starting up then 2mins later restarting. After a bit of research on the net I've come to the conclusion it is highly likely to be the power supply board and quite possibly a bad capacitor. I've removed the back of the tv and located the power supply board. I'm trying to find which of the capacitors could be the issue. None of them...
