hi mon2, i have this problem as Sagi4u said before : "I have a MacBook Air motherboard 820-00165 that does power on, but if you click restart it does turn off but doesn't turn back on. If you press the power button it won't turn on till you leave it alone for ~a minute then it will turn on just fine. Same results with it being plugged in. The power button does work as it wakes the computer up, holding it does shut the machine off, etc. Just turning it on from a cold boot is sometimes a hit or miss.
