Re: MacBook Pro 2019 A2159 Replacing SSD does it need programming?
My understanding is the T2 is "married" to the SSD. Unknown what data exactly is relayed between the two but have heard it is all encrypted. Haven't heard of a successful SSD swap as yet, if you do have success let us know.

Re: Memtest errors on A1534
A1534 famous for cpu issues, probably best to ditch this model, or replace MB.

Re: Dead Laptop Motherboard, then refurbished one installed...
Start dis-connecting any easily accessible accessory items on board one at a time, speakers, screen, batt, etc. Try booting each time a ribbon cable or other item is dis connected, if any change then the item that causes prob is isolated, if no change possible board defective.

Re: A2251 820-01949 No Power
PPBUS_G3H with 12.3 V usually indication something wrong with T2. If you have another Macbook you can invoke DFU mode and Revive (saves data) or Restore (wipes data). If you cant get into DFU mode then the rails associated with T2 chip will need to be restored before trouble shooting ppbus line.
