I saw that one on an older post but mine is not exactly the same near the jack psu socket : I have only one Fet at the top near the 19v input bottom J part conector. But maybe the same ref or compatible ?!

My laptop is an 2013 Asus 17", model X75VB-TY086 with a Int I5 Ivy 3220M & GT740M graphic chip. Manufacturer Mother Board number is 60NB00Q0-MB1040.

I asked the X75VB rev. 2.0 shematic .fz in the right section of BC, but would ask if there is any luck I can fix the IC as I never experienced such things?

Problems begunn with the external powersupply not charging the battery (no PS green light on laptop) and not powering the laptop. A new PS and a new loaded battery were bought. The Laptop started only with the new battery.

Mine is year 2013 with 989 socket, Int. I5 Ivy 3320 & GT740M ;

Saw some X75V. here but not the right one. I'm also looking for reference of the power supply mosfet (8 leads) and the Ldo at the bottom of the board not far from the pwm chip (top side), hoping present in the .fz shematic !

Hi,
I shorted the RT8206L chip when controlling voltages and the ldo under it on the other board side smoked. Are you aware of the ref of this part please ?
Because the short, do you thonk the mother board and processor to be dead or should I change the 8 legs mosfets near the RT 8206L ? Short and xmoke were made with battery and not the transformef plugged in...
