Has anyone solved this issue?
I have the same problem; measured voltages on VIN/VREG3/VREG5 are present, and only the Enable signals EN1/EN2 are missing.
According to the schematics, the Enable signal S5_ON is coming from KU1 (IT5570VG-128/DX) microcontroller chip.
Can anyone confirm it?
Thanks....

Lenovo ThinkPad Z13 JZ3A0 NM-E071 Rev.1 no power, usb-c stuck at 5 volts
Looking for help.
I have a Lenovo ThinkPad Z13 JZ3A0 NM-E071 Rev.1, charging stuck at 5 volts / 0.09A.
According to the customer, he tried to replace the battery himself, and this is what happened.
I suspect that one of the two USB-C controllers (U5401 OR 5301) has failed.
Can anyone confirm that?
Presented voltages on a board:
(measured on coils)
PL1901 - 3.3v,
PL0501 - 3.3v
PL0202 - 5.14v
PL1601 - 1.8v
PL1401 - 0.75v
Any help appreciated....
