It go always out of sync, if i reboot my laptop i can use for 40 minute without any issues after that time the audio and video going out of sync

Hi guys !!!
I will try to explain my issue: after almost one hour(45 minute) my audio go out of video in any program, game, video (youtube, netflix, etc.),
it's a very annoying problem, the problem is solved if i suspend or restart the laptop , but it returns after about 45 minutes, i don't know what it could be, i tried to uninstall any drivers and re-download them, i hope you will help me

hp 250 g2 bios issues
hi guys i have a hp 250 g2 F0Z00EA notebook, i have installed the bios F1.B from my manufacter HP, but this version of bios make some issues on my laptop, i want to go back to old bios but i don't know any solution of this, the default bios was F.0D but i can't found it, someone can help me? if you want more information, ask to me, thanks in advance
