@diif - I've got an LG 60PK590 (as quoted in your original post) that won't turn back on. Read a few posts on these forums about old LG plasma TV's suffering from this issue when they turn themselves off immediately after being turned on. The only way I can get the TV toi attempt to start up is if I leave it off overnight and then when I power it back on the mains you can hear the realy kick in but then immediately back off again and the TV is then totally unresponsive to the TV remote. I'm thinking it's either bad caps or power board failure - any ideas...

guys really hoping someone can please help! My LG 60PK590 plasma TV started turning itself off after being on for only around 10 minutes but now it just won't turn back on and the red standby power light just remains permamently on. I left it powered off at the mains overnight and tried turning it back on today and got the 2 relay clicks which used to mean that it was turning on ok but then got another 2 immediate relay clicks straight afterwards and the TV never started up. The TV is completely unresponsive to the remote and the only way to try to get it...
