    Thank you, unfortunately it didn't work, but I think the problem is not in the BIOS as the laptop has a water damage history. Recovered the voltages, they are present at exact values, battery's charging, everything lights up, fans spin, but display stays blank (no backlight either). No display on external monitor.
    Anyways thanks for the clean dump, it will help others for sure. ...

    *fixed - bios chip failed, replacement was 1.8V, so it failed too. Got one 64-bit 3.3V from donor board. Flashed OK (W25Q64_CLEAN), works OK on UEFI.

    Board: DA0ZRWMB6G0 Rev: G ZRW

    Laptop was in Legacy Mode. Was turning on and working fine on battery. Was not booting on External power. If turned on on battery and after boot starts plug in Power cord, works fine (+ charging). Changed to UEFI - no problems starting on battery or power supply, woking fine. Changed to Legacy to backup files. Removed battery to insert SSD. After that the main problem.
    Turns on, display turns on, but blank, nothing happening. Backed up bios by programmer and flashed other...

    Extracted the ROM/BIN files (w/ 7Zip) from the original BIOS from Toshiba. They are the same (hash check) with those from post #3. For some reason the original Phoenix flash tool updated the discrete graphics BIOS version on an UMA board. Manually flashed it using RT809F programmer. Working fine.

    This worked for me better than other dumps. KB working.
    Laptop ASUS X301A-RX050D Board: X401A Rev:2.0

    After flash with SPI programmer RT809F (chip WinBond W25Q64FV@SOIC8), updated to latest BIOS - X301A1AS213 from support site.
    All fine, 10x...
