Hi i have a similar issue and im looking for assistance i swapped the zero ohm resistor and get 20v on one end and 19.7 on the other end with the power supply when the machine is turned off but when i turn it on it drops to 02.9v on both sides of the im assuming it might be the wrong type of zero ohm resistor but im no expert so any help is appreciated

Greetings my name is Distopik live in Denmark at this moment i do minor repairs as a hobby sometimes i try my luck at component level repairs i like the challenge, trying to figure out whats wrong with a device and if i can fix it and some times i need help a lot of help.
