New Backlight not working. LG 50LF580V
so i got a LG 50" that had flashing backlight, then it stopped flashing and i got new backlights and its still not working. leds do work with a tester. i do get 170v on LED + and the tv shell. but on LED + and LED - is jumping to 3v. Any help much appreciated.

I had a look again and I found another one the same for the other motor and that motor spins. I don't know much on this but I try....Leave a comment:

I followed the centre pin the ground of the motor that's not spinning for the brush. There's quite a few of same package but different markings....Leave a comment:
