can u please tell me how to take backup and share?? i gave this machine to many technician some says gpu problem some says motherboard issue in short no one is able to figure out .

i have hp zbook 15 g1 it was working fine suddenly keypad stopped working checked with hardware keypad does,nt work even in bios. someone told me i have clean ME REGIOn
even new keypad does,nt work. can u please give me cleaned bios bin file plz
