Tried to return all original parts (except optos) and cables to their previous places. Situation is the same - after 5-7 seconds voltage drops to 0 and V-LED at fron panel starts to blink 2 times - pause - 2 times pause.
And I still try to find out wether it is the problem with power board or main board to be able to detect the problem.Leave a comment:

Yep, but I don't have old one unfortunately.
And I don't understand what could make the problem when voltage drops in 5 seconds after turning on.

No, there is no conflict. When I turn on TV with its hardware switch PNL-POW has 3,5v. And in 5-7 seconds after TV is on it [B]drops down to 0,13v[/B].
It happens at the same time when red LED turns off and 12V at the PNL-12V drops to 0.

I just realised that sometimes when the TV is on and I press Menu button at remote, V-light starts to blink 5 times (5 short blinks) but after 1 cycle of 5 short blinks V-light returns to its common behavior - 2 short blinks.Leave a comment:

I have 2 short blinks - pause - 2 short blinks pause loop.
PIN 1 - 13,05V UR13.2V (SIGNAL)
PIN 2 - 13,05V UR13.2V (SIGNAL)
PIN 3 - 13,05V S13.2V (AUDIO)
PIN 4 - 13,08V S13.2V (AUDIO)
PIN 5 - 0V SGND (AUDIO)
PIN 6 - 0V SGND (AUDIO)
PIN 7 - 0V SGND (SIGNAL)
PIN 8 - 0V SGND (SIGNAL)
PIN 9 - 4,08V AC-DET: - note - there is no cable from AC-DET side because I put it at pin 11 with resistor
PIN 10 - 3,05V PS-ON
PIN 11 - 5V BU5V

Could you suggest the possible fail cause?
