Thank you for the advice. Now that I know the tv is worth fixing I will replace them all. Do you think I should order the bad cap in the original 10 volt, or should I replace it with the 16 volt that has been suggested? Thanks again sir...
Thanks for the reply retiredcaps!
I took it out of an old computer power supply-it was a Rubycon. The one I took out of my tv was a capxon. I don't have a pic of the board, it is all put together at the moment....
Hi, I am one of the 1,000's of people that purchased this tv and it quit working! It was bought in May 2008 and quit working in June 2009, 1 month past the warranty that came with it. I have finally got around to trying to repair it. I put in the 16v 2200 capacitor,(ce 105 location) replacing the 10v cap, it worked well for about 6 hours, then I started losing all controls. The volume does not go up as high as it use to,(when there is sound) I can't change channels, and now this am, I can't turn it off, the remote does almost nothing, along with the buttons in the side of the tv.

Re: New Members - please post your introductions here
Hi...my name is Steve and I am from MN, I just got done repairing my westinghouse 19" SK-19H210S, I put in the 16v 2200 capacitor, it worked well for about 6 hours, then I started losing all controls. The volume does not go up as high as it use to, I can't change channels unless I go to a different input then come back, and now this am, I can't turn it off, the remote does almost nothing, along with the buttons in the side of the tv. Anyone have any ideas, or should I have replaced all of the caps?
I am a self...
