Insignia NS-46E340A13 TV.
The TV reboots and power cycles continuously.
Power board: 715G5173-P02-W21-002M / (T)CR248XF3
Main board: 715G5738-MOD-000-004K / (T)TXCCB0K090000TOP:A MB:A v2.02
Upon applying AC power, the unit turns ON completely by itself
The back-lights turn ON
The TV power cycles itself (power LED blinks 3x times, the back lights turn on, the Insignia logo shows up, back lights turn off, and the process repeats) Tv stays ON for maybe 40 seconds and reboots forever regardless...
