Hi all
Hoping someone can steer me in the right direction.
I have a CUH-1202B phat PS4
When pressing the power button it beeps to turn on,within a second or 2 it beeps again 3 times just like the overheating 3 beeps not the 3 eject beeps,It then sits indefinitely with a pulsing blue light(BLOD)
I obviously cannot enter safe mode.
What I have done

Replaced the PSU and still the same
No obvious damaged components
Checked all fuses and are ok
Reballed the APU and still the same
Reflowed the SB and still the same
...
