Re: Denon Avr-2308ci HDMI Board (1U-3852)
Hello Again,
First off thank you R_J. Second I found some on Ebay (Domestically) which normally is frowned upon in general on the forum from what I gather. But all the description doesn't 100% match. Does that matter?

Re: Denon Avr-2308ci HDMI Board (1U-3852)
Hey All,
Nobody has any info to help me? Somebody here must have seen or worked on one like it. There was another posting about this exact board.

I just need the value of the smd transistor. Its the one right below CC104. I don't want to buy another board if I can help it. Used one starts @ $100.
Thanks For Reading My Post

Hello All,
I have the service manual for this Denon avr-2308ci receiver. But I'm not seeing the value for this smd transistor. Even in the service manual. Its burned beyond recognition. Its right below CC104. I need help replacing it but first I need to ID it. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks As Always

(PS) I didn't know how to edit my last post so thats why its up again. Also sorry about my pictures. Those components are so damn small!!!!...

Re: EGVA p/n: 141-BL-E757-TR
Hello Again,
Can I just use any three legged diode to replace this one? And no its noted on the board as a diode (D) not a transistor (Q). Anyone want to chime in on this?
Thanks

EGVA p/n: 141-BL-E757-TR
Hello All
I have a EGVA motherboard with a bad diode. The board component number is D11. Does anyone know the part value for this board? EGVA was no help.

Re: Dell E2310Hc LED Conversion Project
Hello All,
Well I got the one modded monitor going with the LED driver board hooked up. I used the the following connections between the Dell inverter board and the LED driver board/LED strips.
C918 on the Dell inverter board are the taps for + & - on the LED driver pcb
+ to VIN on the LED driver pcb
- to GND on the LED driver pcb
o/f to ENA on the LED driver pcb
dim to DIM on the LED driver pcb
Now there might not be any other way to change this. But I can't...

Re: Dell E2310Hc LED Conversion Project
Hello Again Budm,
I can't find any real specs on that LED driver board. I bought them on Ebay,
There is a 8pin ic on it that has the numbers DF6113 on it. I found a pdf online perhaps that will help? So otherwise try o/f and dim together that might work?

Not the same listing but exact driver board.

Re: Dell E2310Hc LED Conversion Project
Hello Budm.
Thank you for your excellent directions and your time. Those connections will just power the leds but I won't be able dim or brighten them. Correct? Is there an easy remedy to make it do that as well?

Re: Dell E2310Hc LED Conversion Project
Hello To All,
I'd like to start putting some of these modded monitors together. Has anyone looked at my last post picture? I need somebody to please draw or show where to hook up the tap for the +Vcc for the LED driver board.

Re: Dell E2310Hc LED Conversion Project
"An alternative way would be to remove fuse F801 completely (to me, it looks more like a 0-Ohm resistor jumper rather than a fuse, so no issue in doing that), which would disable power going to the entire old inverter. Unfortunately, this will also disconnect electrolytic capacitor C802 from the circuit. But looking at the LED inverter/driver board, it appears to have a low-quality JWCO cap. So if you do remove F801, you can then remove C802 and use it to replace the JWCO cap on the LED driver board. That would be a simpler modification,...Last edited by lcdman; 09-25-2018, 06:19 PM.

Re: Dell E2310Hc LED Conversion Project
Hello Again,
First off thanks to momaka and budm for the replies. I wasn't aware that the power supply had a 12vdc rail? I was going by the legend at the pin-out from pwr sply board to the logic board. That where the step up board idea came from. That and one of the YouTube videos that I watched on a LED conversion. Plus I was thinking 12vdc would give more light from the LED strip versus 5vdc. I've included top and bottom view of all the boards including the step up board. Perhaps drawing or noting the connections would be great...

Dell E2310Hc LED Conversion Project
Hello All,
I'm in the process of converting some Dell E2310Hc monitors to LED back-light.
I've converted some LCD screens to the LED replacements already. I'm not 100% sure on just how to wire this all up correctly. I bought some mini step up boards to change the +5vdc output to +12vdc. I want to turn off or not use the on board inverter presently used on these inverter boards. I've watched some YouTube videos on how to do this but they weren't about this particular monitor. The symbols or pinouts are a little confusing to me? I've included the two boards...Last edited by lcdman; 09-23-2018, 02:07 PM.

Re: Samsung model # PN43D450A2D Black Screen Red Light
Hello RJ
I wondered if it had the same value as the one next to it. (150) 15 ohm. What
rating/tolerance would you guess it is? Size type? 1206 as an example. This was my first repair attempt using a hot air gun. I will take your advice though for next time.
Thanks,
lcdman

Re: Samsung model # PN43D450A2D Black Screen Red Light
Hello All
I have this same model tv. I was removing one of the four fets that are part of this tv's x main board common failure. In the process I had a resistor pop off the board. Its board location is r4022. Its so small that I can't locate it. Perhaps someone here knows the value of the this missing resistor?
Thanks In Advance,

Westinghouse l1928nv
Hello All,
I recently acquired a Westinghouse l1928nv monitor. Some smuck previously
tried and failed to repair the power supply board. When they replaced some
caps with 470uf/25v even if they weren't that value to begin with. Maybe thats all they had access to? I want to install the correct value cap in this area instead. Maybe someone on this site knows the correct value caps in the area that I've highlighted in a red box? Any help would be greatly appreciated!
Thanks As Always,
