Thanks. Makes sense since the remaining voltages on the power board are within range. Interesting that the power board survived a power surge but the logic board did not. May well have been the cable tv that took the hit, but those are usually well grounded to keep their equipment safe. But, I do remember the first rules of electronics: just about anything can happen with electrons and nothing is as simple as one may think! Logic board is out of stock, so I need to diagnose the problem on the logic board. Any idea...

Vizio E190VA took lightning strike or power surge. No video nor audio although one half the power on indicator does illuminate. Readings on power supply board are acceptable for the listed voltages, however pin 1 and o/f dim pins show zero volts. All diodes on the board are within proper range. No caps appear bulged or blown. Can anyone tell me where to find specs for the proper voltages on pin 1 and o/f dim pin, if there is supposed to be voltage to those? Any help on this voltage question, and general help in diagnosis on this TV, would be greatly appreciated.
