Thanks for the info, gonzo. I found few 1000uF 10v caps in a nonworking computer power supply, my player works fine again.

The cap I pulled out of my board was 1000uF 10v. I found a site that sells it with low ESR [url]http://www.stsi.com/Merchant2/merchant.mv?page=STSI_4/CTGY/Capacitors[/url]
