День добрый! Часто бывает так, что при включении системника шумит на повышенном тоне вентилятор, а сигнала на монитор нет.. Приходится выключать комп из сети и только тогда он заводится. В чём может быть проблема подскажите? На компе ОС Windows 10 установлена.
