but how to count the pin, from where to where?

there is a lot of 6.3 volt filter caps..any way i'll try one by one
can you give me some dc to dc chip or regulator ic part no. that produce 3 volt and 5 volt dc especially with hp laptop mobo? from there may be i can find it on my mobo...Leave a comment:

i just need to pin point where is my 5v rail start..
3.3 volt is present and i can switch on my laptop for a temporary of second
and that cause power flash..
and also i cant find my 1.8 volt for the RAM memory vcc.
