    LG 55LB5900 picture issue

    Hello,
    I have an LG 55LB5900 LED TV, I have replaced the power board but tv still has sound, no picture. When I turn the tv on there is an occasional flicker and slight bluish light near lower third of screen. The stand by light stays on when the tv is plugged in and off. I did use a flashlight on the screen to see if I could see anything when on and pressed menu, but I saw nothing anywhere on the screen. Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

    I am here in search of advice on fixing my tv, so I am taking my first stab at electronics repair. I have no education in electronics but I am willing to learn.
