Thank you for the guidance. Here are my measurements. I have no insights about PU8100 (what do you think)? But the mosfets seem to have some concerning values with the diode and continuity checks.

I am trying to fix an ASUS X550JX v2.1 which has no power, no lights, no spinning fan. This is my first attempt at rescuing a motherboard.
These measurements are with motherboard having only AC, power button board, and RAM installed.
