Re: PIONEER DJM 800 Mixer
Hi Guys,
I Have my DJM-800 given by my colleague since he didn't want to use it anymore because there is no audio output in Both Master XLR and RCA except for the cracking sound.
I did some troubleshooting and voltage measurement and looks the signal is missing.
in addition with the trouble. the is no VU or LED indicator in the Master Knob.
Please help me.

Hi Guys,
Brand : Shuttle XPC
Model : DS437T
Problem - Deadset with Blue LED indicator Flashing
As I mentioned above the details of my patient. Has anyone encounter my same problem unit?
as I measured the 4 pcs Group of capacitors - they are nearly shorted to 0 OHMS.
I also tried to hang every posible IC and MOSFET but still no luck.
Please Help me with this.

Hi, I have The same Problem with your unit. I got Yamaha RX-S600 and luckily I repaired it. I dont have 5dcv for stand by supply to triggerd the main power supply. there is no LED indicator also. Please Try to check this IC before the Transformer. Please check my Attachment.

Hi, Please Do check all the Transistor Amplifier. each pair consists of PNP and NPN Transistor. Make sure that they are okay. try to compare the measurement. then after that try to hang all QPins one by one. after that go to Protection Circuit and check if there is no suspicious component.
If all the components are okay you can proceed to check the Main Power Supply.

FYI here's what I found and Replace to my Deadset BXW-10.
Varistor - 5D-11
Filter Capacitor -330V
Q904- PIN8N50C
Fuse - 3Amp.
Now The power is stable but there is another problem in the Audio Signal Circuit.

Hi, I replaced the Filter capacitor 330uf 200v. And it's working now. There is oscillation but there is another problem. No output sound. I'm doing signal tracing in the input to the output of the speaker. But need schematic to the main board of this unit. Hope you can help me. Thanks btwLeave a comment:

Hi All,
I have The same issue of monitor audio bxw-10. I replaced the SHORTED Q904 PI8N50c and also the Burnt Varistor 5D-11 but still the same. when I tried to turn off the power. There is a oscillation and 5V StandBy voltage. but when I switch the toggle for PHASE, The FUSE got Busted and the Q904 got Shorted again.
I also Tried To checked all the SMD components near the Q904 but it seems they're Okay.
