Hi,
I rescued an old Rotel RA-810, after a little cleaning and new thermal grease for the transistor it works like it should.
But unfortunately the fader caps are gone, they are nice aluminum caps, so I want to try to find something similar.
Does anyone know if this amp shared these fader caps with other brands? Or if there is something similar on the internet?
The picture is for the balance cap, the faders have the black line running through the cap.

Pioneer VSX-922 UPC error
Hello,
I've a receiver Pioneer VSX-922 but unfortunately I can't use it anymore. The MCACC red led is blinking and I can't power up the device. When I try a reset with the Tune down button and the Multi-Zone button, I get the message UPC on the screen for 2 sec and then the receiver shutdown and get back to the MCACC led.
Does someone know what the UPC message stand for ?
Thank you

Re: Projector Epson EH-TW570 not Warming Up
After some inspection, the cap was shorted because the IC was shorted internally. WHen I removed the IC the short was gone. The IC is a SiI9587 Port Processor....

Re: Projector Epson EH-TW570 not Warming Up
There was a short in the HDMI IC, a cap was shorted to ground. So I removed the IC and the short is gone but still no image and the same blinking LED status. Do you think that with the HDMI IC removed the projector can't work ?

Re: Projector Epson EH-TW570 not Warming Up
No luck with the RST with SW700, it doesn't do anything.
The 3 IC are still getting even with the 3 LCD ribbon cables disconnected. And the LED status has the same behaviour....

Re: Projector Epson EH-TW570 not Warming Up
So the voltages from the power supply to the ballast are :
4,2 V
17 V
380 V
I unplugged the fans one after another but nothing different happened. I have the same LED status light blinking. I have also the same behaviour when I remove the lamp.
I have notice that 3 IC's are getting really hot when the projector is powered on. They are labelled E06210POA but I can't find any info or datasheet....

Re: Projector Epson EH-TW570 not Warming Up
My bad, the voltages are from the power board and not hte ballast, I'll try to take the voltages from the ballast....

Re: Projector Epson EH-TW570 not Warming Up
Yes exactly, I saw in the service manual that there is an "After Service Menu" that contain all the errors codes, but since there is no picture I can't view these error codes. Do you think there is a way to access the eeprom to be able to read these codes ?...

Re: Projector Epson EH-TW570 not Warming Up
When I plug the AC cord, the Power button lights up, then when I press the power button, all the fans turns on and the status LED is blinking.
I did not checked the ballast IC bacause I replaced the ballst. But I will check them

Projector Epson EH-TW570 not Warming Up
Hello,
I have a video projector Epson EH-TW570 that isn't displaying anything. It does power up but the Status LED is alwyas blinking. In the troubleshooting section of the user manual, this means that the projector is warming up. But unfortunately the lamp stays off so the projector can't be warm. The ballast as benn replaced and the previous owner says he replaced the lamp.
I have found the service manual but it does'nt show the schematics or any testing procedures.
I hope someone can help me with this
Edit :
I've already...Last edited by bermo96; 07-21-2020, 04:14 AM.

Re: Yamaha RX-V571 No Power, no screen
3.3S and 3.3M are good and stable, as for the relays it is hard to tell.
