Re: Need SMC.bin HP Elitebook 840 G1.
Hey bro
After many searches and researches I have come to know that it is actually possible. But Only HP Support can do that. They ask for some specs numbers and send you an SMC.BIN file along with instructions on how to install the SMC.BIN file. That is the reason I asked the BadCaps community to help me out on this matter

Need SMC.bin HP Elitebook 840 G1.
Greetings Everyone.
I bought an EliteBook 840 G1 in January this Year With Windows 10 Pro Pre-Installed. Last Night I wanted to reinstall windows due to Corruption. I wanted to set Boot Devices in the BIOS before that But There was a Password there. HP Sparekey was not set, and even Intel ME had a password on it..... Is there anyway to remove that password Or Reset through SMC.BIN. Can anyone Help here Please. As HP Support Needs Documentations and ID proof.
P.S. I don't want to Rip off the BIOS Chip and do Manual Flushing. As I don't know anything about...
