Nope not working, 2 long 2 short beeps. I tried some other bios with correct me region but hp dmifit does not recognize ME. (it has correct ME region and version)...

Did you check diode?pd7? Also pq2 did you check it? Resistance from gate to source?...

Helo, my first post on this forum.

I'm rather new in this "fixing" things stuff.
So I have HP 9470m with really weird problem. When charger is connected it turns on (fan spin, keyboard lights, on light, WiFi, charging led all light on). And then I get 2 blinks on Caps Lock (bad bios indication) and HP turns off. It indicates battery charging in progress (orange light on battery). But and this is really big BUT It wont turn on if power button is pressed. From my experience even if bios is corrupted power button works.
So I thought that maybe power button...
