Yes you are right! Thank you very much!!!
I don't know how this marking turn into STI 9287 but yes this is it.Maybe you can tell me how you translated this.I have several boost ics eg: Fan 5331,LM 2731 but all have different marking that has no connection to the name of IC
    Anyway thanks very very much!

PS. Now I see that pin no.4 is Chip Enable Pin(EN/PWM)." Drive EN above 1.5V to turn on the part. Drive EN
below 0.4V to turn it off. Do not leave EN floating"...

  • Help to identify a boost converter IC

    Hello guys!
I am asking for help because I have an Bresser Biolux Touch 5mp microscope with an 4.3 inch tft that has no backlight.I have found that the boost ic that supposed to boost the 5v voltage for backlight is dead. The marking on the ic is : S87BaAA and is a SOT23 6 pin.I cannot find any result googling.I have replaced it with a generic boost converter and the device works, but backlight is always on,I need the datasheet of the original IC to find out how it works...I cannot find any schematics either.Maybe somebody has an idea...
    Thanks!

Yes,the last .bin written to the chip is from post 11 and was modified thanks to SMDFlea &rioreno;there´s no easy reset process(short a pin to ground solution),it's a de-solder-reflash-resolder back process using CH341A programmer with a 1.8v adapter!!!(or other programmer);Software Asprogrammer.Good luck!

Thank you for your help and time to look into this.Unfortunately no success after rewriting cleaned bin.Same screen.Maybe I did something wrong?I removed protection, erased chip, opened cleaned bin then rewrite it.
Strange is that I have not found a way to type the password, while the tab has some sort of keyboard that doesn't work and attaching a keyboard via usb doesn't work either.I have thought if no password required will directly boot into windows. At this point I have no clue how to sort this...Maybe some other people from the forum can come with some...

    Hello!
    Thank you for your answer!
I will try with as.The software version used is ch341a programmer 1.30 and is saying after reading "Chip Main Memory and buffer same!" as can be seen in picture.Does looks ok or? And yes you´re right,it´s 1.8v chip;before testing I´ve read the datasheet and chip is attached via 1.8v adapter.I will be back soon with the result from asprogrammer.
    Thanks once again!...

    Hello to everybody!
I have bought a cheap 11.6 tablet(SurfTab twin wifi) made by firma TREKStore gmbh Germany, with windows 10 from ebay. But booting it asking a pswd.So I cannot use the thing.I have a CH341A programmer and I thought I can reflash clean bios but cannot find any update for this model. The spi chip is Winbond W25Q64FW,I de-soldered it and read data with the programmer. Can someone help me to clean the pswd from bios?

    Thank you all!...

  • Re: Sony KDL-48R550C, need comments is it Panel FAILURE?

    Hello guys!
I have a sony kdl 48r555c with tcon board somehow the same, same ic´s rt6929 rt6930 same error as described.Starting, sony logo comes and in a few seconds fade out.All voltages ok for few seconds,3.3v,1.2v,avdd,havdd,etc. then 0v.Still backlight but no picture. After digging everywhere I cannot find a datasheet for rt6929.All components seems ok but something is causing protection to kicks in and stops all voltages.Changed rt 6929 ,nothing.I resolved the issue by cutting MON_L , after trying with MON_R and...
