a nice laptop indeed, I am actually using one right now - good software for CPU clock controlling on this machine is SpeedswitchXP, little old bud great. Also, if you would like to dim the light down even further [or to pure black if you will] - you can use speedfan to do this, fan 02 controls the screen backlight brightness
