This is my TV and I have almost the same problem. My problem is it turns on and I have a picture for about 15 minutes then the screen just goes black. TV stays on but I cannot tell if it responds to remote or buttons except for turning power off. Sometimes I do have to unplug it. If I leave it unplugged for two or three weeks it will turn back on and I have to start setting it back up through the menu. Just about the time I get it setup it goes out again. Hi to all. I am a complete newbie to the world of fixing a tv, but I am willing to read and learn if you folks will lead, guide and direct. I have already been reading posts and you guys like good clear pictures with model numbers and sometimes board nunbers. Pictures are not easy for me because I don't have a digital camera and my phone struggles to connect to my computer. I have lots of tools to work with, an ohm meter, a soldering iron, magnifying hood, a Honeytek meter I am supposed to use to check capacitors, and tweesers...
