Mine was LEDs too. I opened it up and found the bottom row not lighting up at power on. I plugged the top row into the PS connector for the bottom row and they came on fine for the 3 second boot up, so I figured PS was good just the two bottom strips were bad. So I ordered a new set. They came in quickly, replaced them tonight, and good as new. Thanks
