Checked my mobo at lunch and I actually didnt find any caps that looked bad. I am now at a loss as to what my problem is. I still think its the mobo, as my friends system did the exact same thing (after a reset the system never was able to post. ) and everything worked fine after he replaced it. I replaced with extra video card to make sure and still the same problem.

I will probibly just buy a new board as they are around $90 online right now... :?

A7N8X Deluxe Sudden Death -- Possible bad capacitors

I am actually quite amazed at how many people are having issues with bad caps!! My Asus A7n8x Deluxe mobo suddenly froze last night while working on a project. My computer has not had any major issues and has not had any random reboots or problems where the system will freeze. I do work my system very hard, but I have all high end parts with sufficient cooling and a 550W PS thats only 1/2 year old.

Anyways, last night after the system suddenly froze, I rebooted the system and the system will now no longer post!...
