Did you ever solve this mystery? I have the same problem where the high voltage side will drop out under load.. it prevents the hard drive and pumps from fully starting up.

I did find that an improperly inserted nozzle cart will cause it to not turn on at all.. but after fixing that it still only works sometimes.

I have a unit in with similar issues, wondering if a TCON is going to fix it. Wrog, can you try gently applying pressure to the plastic interconnect tabs coming from the small PCB above the lcd. (must remove metal bezel and support LCD panel if turned upright, otherwise it will fall out!)

These tabs sometimes become defective, apparently the glue fails? They get pretty hot in operation.
