Hello! New here, hope I can bring my TV back to life!

My LG 60PN6500 TV suddenly died. The front small red LED stays on. The POWER button either on remote or on TV doesn't to anything.

I've tried troubleshooting it, but I'm a bit new to TV repairs. My main board, the one with the different outputs is getting it's 5.2 volts on the pins they should and also it's 17volt.

There is M_ON and other pins that I don't know how to test.

When I disconnect the main board from the power supply, I can hear a relay clicking and a kind of hissing sound...
