yesterday I did the test when the screen was dark .the voltage in the yellow wire of the inverter is 5V,and on the red wire is 12V.i tested with new backlight i got the same resultLeave a comment:

Hi my friends,
please I need help to repair the HMI allen bradley versaview 1700M .the problem is the HMI runs normally whemn switching on.and after few seconds the screen becomes black.please can you help even please documents,schemes of this HMI.
