Hello All,

I am here in search of help with my television. Today, I was in my kitchen not able to see my television but able to hear it when out of no where my background noise just quit. I walked into my living room to my surprise I found my television appeared to be turned off and the on/off logo was flashing from orange to blueish white. Of course, first thing I did was jump online to find out what would cause this and attempted to “reboot” it by unplugging the television and holding down the power button for 30 seconds, no changes. I tried unplugging it for 3 minutes, nothing....

Did anyone ever come to a conclusion on this topic? My TV randomly turned itself off today while it was on (I wasn't in the room to see if it flashed or anything but heard the volume go out) and when I came in it was flashing the logo on the bottom (not on the screen) tried turning off the tv, holding down the power button when it was unplugged with no resolution. I just ripped the back of the tv off and now I'm lost with what I'm looking at.... any help would be great.

Hello All, I am Angie. I do not have a lot of experience but I am looking for some help with my Vizio TV which I am finding that this problem comes up a lot.
