Hi There, i will tell you, how i did to this to work.
First you need to get the Serial Number and UUID by pressing F1 on Boot Menu, write for use on the HP EliteBook Tool that the user (imranromi) provided
1)Remove Hard Drive from Laptop
2) Try to boot by network
3)Insert the USB formated and with the tools provided above
4)Follow the Instrucctions from [url]http://mazzifsoftware.blogspot.com/p/hp-bios-unlock.html[/url]
