Sorry for the delayed response,All caps replaced with rubicon hi temp low esr.
All regulators Have rock solid output.The monitor works fine with the exception of no power on light or touch functions.After installing easy tune on the computer,I can adjust most of the monitors features.I suspect the ffc or the power on board.
i suspect either the ffc cable or the touch board itself

This gateway monitor does not respond to power on nor does any of the touch functions work, no power led when power cord is plugged in it does show gateway logo and after some delay a block appears indicating no signal for rgb inputs.replaced all caps on both power supply and processor board with recommended brands.Wondering if the ffc sensor cable has something to do with it.Don't know how to get at the touch board.Any suggestions? -
