currently the bios is empty,the old backup probably corrupted( when is written error : “file and chip in disagreement “

hi,
trying to use this autopatcher for x270 (got few units). stuck on patching. when the bin is uploaded to be patched , a brief command pops up the disappear. also tried an older version of python , add the path but no luck. any solution?
