Power Inverter Replacement Circuit Board Question?
So my Ampeak 2000 watt power inverter will receive power from a 12 volt source, and also has a display screen that displays how many volts the inverter is currently using...However, the plug outputs are not producing any power outward...The display screen on the inverter also shows how many volts an item that is plugged in is currently using...Which stays at 0 and no items will power on...I opened the inverter casing and discovered there is some charring and burned areas on one end of the circuit board...What I am trying to figure out is if I can purchase/obtain a new board exactly like the board...

Inverter is receiving power, but does not supply power to outlets?
So I've got a 2000 watt ampeak inverter...when I supply it with 12 volts it powers on as it should and shows how many volts it's receiving...but when I plug something in it's supposed to show home many volts that item is using, but the screen stays at 0 volts and does not power the item at any of the 3 power outlets...Can anyone tell me what would be the cause of this issue?

Re: Ashamed to Ask, Cannot Hook Up Vintage Stereo Correctly, Help?
OK fellas...I'm ashamed to be back on this topic, but here I go again. I cannot believe I can't figure this thing out...On the receiver I understand that the REC sends the audio signal out and it comes back in the MON, whether its on Tape 1 or Tape 2....On the back of the equalizer I have 3 different groups of plugs....The Tape (MON) in & (REC) out, then Input, and then Output Fixed Variable...I've tried running receiver tape 1 REC to equalizer MON, and Equalizer REC to receiver MON...with no luck....should my...

Re: Power Board MHC180-TF60SP1A from Sharp lc-60le644u TV
If the LED plugs on the powerboard are supplying voltage just up to the point when the TV is actually powered on, would this point to an issue with the powerboard you think? Or would this have anything to do with the main board sending a bad signal back to the powerboard and not allowing the LED plugs to
maintain voltage after the unit is powered on? I' totally baffled...I aactually ordered a new power board today, but then I saw how the LED plugs were acting pre and post power on, I cancelled the powerboard order...

Re: Power Board MHC180-TF60SP1A from Sharp lc-60le644u TV
So Howdy Do Folks? I have not been messing the the SanyoLC-60LE644U for a couple of weeks now after soldering new capacitors in place on the blown 2 caps. One because the capacitor replacement didn't affect the power board volatages, and secondly because I've been waiting to come up with the $ to purchase a new power board, but this morning I went in and started taking some voltage readings...and I discovered something that was previously not noticed...First I plugged in the power cord, powered on the tv, then I went down...

Ashamed to Ask, Cannot Hook Up Vintage Stereo Correctly, Help?
Like the thread title says, I am not very proud of having to ask for help on this subject...quite ashamed actually...However, I've got an old "Project One" Stereo Receiver & Equalizer...Models Mark 100 & 150...I've had them hooked up and working before, but I guess in my older age I'm forgetting things I used to know how to do. The back of the Receiver has Tape 1 & 2 with "MON" & REC", the back of the equalizer has "Input", then 2 sets female jacks for "Output Fixed Variable", and then "Tape" a set for "MON" &...

Audio Wire Connector Question/Opinion!?...
So I've got this old "Program One" stereo receiver & equalizer, and the RCA jacks are pretty crummy from sitting idle for 20+ years, so I've ordered new jacks to replace the old ones...upon inspection, I see that the backside of the jacks are actually wrapped (pics) with the their specific wires...no sort of connectors present. I am taking a short cut and attaching 22-20 guage pull to seat terminals to the wires, and then connecting to backside of the RCA jacks as the pics show. They are are very snug fit, and I also plan to add solder for reinforcement. Can anyone offer me their...

Re: Power Board MHC180-TF60SP1A from Sharp lc-60le644u TV
So I followed some advice posted in the thread and ordered replacement Panasonic FR Series Capacitors, and I have replaced the swollen caps from ECF8 & EC7...after doing so put board back in place with screws, tested all voltages and yet, no volts are present in the LED plugs...any other ideas on why I wouldn't be getting volts delivered to those 2 LED plugs?

ID Help on Vintage Stereo Plug Insert!
So I'm repairing/replacing all the old RCA jacks on a Vintage "Project One" brand models "Mark 100" & "Mark 150"...It's a receiver and and equalizer...After starting this project I noticed another plug receptacle that looks like it could be upgraded, problem is I have no idea what it's called or even what it's for. On the back of the receiver, where the receptacle is located, it is labeled as "REC/MON"...but I have not been able to find anything with that title. I am providing a few pics...If anyone can offer some info on this type of plug, it will be...

Re: Power Board MHC180-TF60SP1A from Sharp lc-60le644u TV
I'm sorry, one of those capacitor ratings is incorrect...I'm needing a 470UF 25V and a 220UF 35V. Here are the correct links to the Panasonic FM series. Let me know if you think these will work.

Re: Power Board MHC180-TF60SP1A from Sharp lc-60le644u TV
When I'm looking at the Panasonic FR series capacitor with 1000UF 10V, it looks nothing like the size of the 1000UF 10V capacitor that is currently on the board...As of right now I need 1 - 1000UF 10V capacitor & 1 - 220UF 35V capacitor. I've attached 2 different URL's with each of these specific Panasonic FR capacitors...could you please take a look and tell me if these particular capacitors will work?

Re: Power Board MHC180-TF60SP1A from Sharp lc-60le644u TV
1. Good Deal on Voltages
2. Yes, readings are taken with black ground probe on chasis
3. I've ordered a replacement capacitor for ECF8, one question though about the replacement...the capacitor on the board is 1000UF/10V, will it be ok if it is replaced with a capacitor that is 1000UF/50V?
4. I tested each diode with both the diode setting and the DC voltage setting. During the diode test, I put the red probe on the anode side, and the black probe on the cathode side, all diodes read between 411 and 481....During...

Re: Power Board MHC180-TF60SP1A from Sharp lc-60le644u TV
The statement that I made that read, "when testing the board output voltage all is well", was referring the the output voltages the power board was producing on each plug. Here are pics of the backside of the TV and closeups of the power board that is not producing any voltage on the LED output plugs... Included in the pics is a list of the output voltages that were present. I just skipped over and didn't record and info on the ground portion of the plugs, or the portion of the plugs that did not have a wire present....

Power Board MHC180-TF60SP1A from Sharp lc-60le644u TV
Howdy All, I have a power board from a Sharp LC-60LE644U TV, the model # is MHC-TF60SP1A...when testing the board output voltage all is well until I reach the LED outputs, on which I am getting nothing with both with the LED's unplugged and plugged in...can anyone tell me what parts on the power board need to be replaced in order to restore power to those LED outputs? Any and all info will be greatly appreciated!

Re: Vizio P502UI-B1E has no backlight, no voltage from driver board to LED's
I just tried putting main board in oven at 400 degrees for 12 min...let it cool, hooked it up...Vizio P502UI-B1E is working just as it should. Can anyone tell me what was fixed by putting board in the oven like that? That's def a new one for me! Awesome Though!

I really appreciate the guidance. I wish it hadn't been the LED's, I was really hoping to fix this thing. Maybe on the next one it might be easier. THNX again!
