A new/used Main board should fix your problem. I bought for dirty cheap an LG 42LM660S that previous owner said an inderectly lightening strike damaged the TV. This LG has the same simptomps as yours. Because the Power Board won't stay on because the Main Board is shutting it down in a cycle. This Power board has Pwr_ON at 0V reading and it operates when it gets a 3.5V signal back from the Main Board. I've bridged a 3.5V pin to the Pwr_ON to start and meassure the Power board.
