I replaced the capacitors on the power supply, but not the inverter board. Visually, they look OK. Before hooking up the power supply board, the ouput voltage measured a steady 17.9V.
After hooking up the power supply board, I turned the switch on and the fuse on the power supply board blew. What can I do next? If I replace the fuse, I'm sure it will blow again. What does it mean that it blew? The voltage on the power cable seems fine at 117.2 VAC.

Samsung VP203b
I have a Samsung VP203b that quit working. There was an orange light, but no picture, no green power light.
I pulled it apart and found a 150 uF 400V Taicon capacitor was bulging on the power supply board.
Does anyone have suggestions for where I can find a replacement cap? I can find them, but the best-rated one I can find is only rated for 2000 hours. Will this be good enough? It doesn't seem like very many hours to me.
